"We recently moved to Jacksonville from out of state. As there were repairs that needed
to be made before we moved in, we asked our realtor for the name of a handyman. He
gave us the name of Chad Gutches. Boy are we glad that he did!! Chad was a reliable,
shows-up-when-he-says-he-will handyman who did plumbing, electrical, painting and
anything else we asked him to do! Chad had all the tools needed to do the job right. He
always left the area he was working in cleaner that when he found it.

Chad’s final costs were very close to his estimates and we found them to be fair and
reasonable. All of his billing was itemized and timely.

When we decided to do some interior remodeling, as a retired architect I drew up plans
and Chad was quite capable of reading and following them. I found him to be both a
collaborator and a facilitator. Chad proved to be a craftsman and master carpenter —
building custom shelving a beautiful fireplace surround and a new banister for our
